Return Policy

WHBM Shop Return Guidelines

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase (excluding final sale items, gift cards except where required by law, and gift boxes)
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached – unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging
  • Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Boutique purchases cannot be returned to Outlet locations, and vice versa
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns/exchanges

Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing.

Key Return Details:

  • Refunds for returns without exchange take up to 2 weeks
  • Exchange shipments take 7-14 days
  • Original or gift receipt required (or purchase must be verifiable in our system)
  • Non-receipted returns limited to $250 within 90 days (excluding defective items)
  • Refunds issued to original payment method; gift receipt returns receive merchandise credit
  • For multiple payment methods, refunds are applied in this order:
    1. Merchandise/gift cards
    2. Credit cards
    3. Check
    4. Cash

Special Category Requirements:

  • Swimwear, watches, intimates and hosiery must be unworn with original packaging/tags
  • Airport/cruise location purchases must be returned to original location
  • Online BorderFree purchases must be returned online
  • PayPal purchases can be returned in-store or by mail

Return Methods:

In-Store Returns:
Bring items to any WHBM Shop boutique (excluding outlets) with your receipt.

Mail Returns:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal to print a prepaid label
  2. Note: $7 handling fee deducted from refund
  3. For carrier of your choice, use traceable/insured shipping

Quick Exchange Service:
Need a different size or color? Contact us to place an exchange order with waived standard shipping fees.

International Returns:
Contact us within 60 days for Return Authorization and instructions. Duties/taxes refunded in original currency. Customer responsible for return shipping.

Price Adjustments:
Available for 14 days after purchase with original receipt (in-store purchases only). Online purchases not eligible.

Policy Changes:
We may modify these policies at any time, effective when posted.
